Terms and Conditions for Luxe Professional Automotive

1. Photography Services: Luxe Professional Automotive offers photography services to clients seeking to document their automobiles for personal or commercial purposes. The company provides high-quality photographs that accurately represent the vehicle's condition, features, and unique attributes. 


2. Ownership of Photographs: All photographs taken by Luxe Professional Automotive remain the property of the company. Clients may use the photographs for personal or commercial purposes, but they may not sell, license, or distribute the photographs without the express written consent of Luxe Professional Automotive. 


3. Fees and Payment: Clients are responsible for paying the agreed-upon fee for Luxe Professional Automotive's photography services. Payment is due in full before the scheduled photography session. Luxe Professional Automotive reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a photography session if payment has not been received. 


4. Scheduling and Cancellations: Clients must schedule photography sessions with Luxe Professional Automotive in advance. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they must provide at least 48 hours notice. If a client cancels a session less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, they may be subject to a cancellation fee. 


5. Liability and Indemnification: Luxe Professional Automotive takes every precaution to ensure that its photography services are safe and professional. However, clients assume all risks associated with the photography session and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Professional Automotive for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the session. 


6. Privacy Policy: Luxe Professional Automotive respects the privacy of its clients and takes every precaution to protect their personal information. The company does not share or sell client information to third parties without the client's consent. 


7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state where Luxe Professional Automotive is located. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of that state. 


8. Modification of Terms and Conditions: Luxe Professional Automotive reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically to ensure that they are aware of any changes. 


9. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Luxe Professional Automotive and its clients regarding photography services. No other agreements, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written, are valid or binding unless explicitly stated in these terms and conditions. 

Refund Policy for Luxe Professional Automotive

At Luxe Professional Automotive, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your photography session. Please note that all payments made to Luxe Professional Automotive are non-refundable. However, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will work with you to reschedule your session at a more convenient time.


If you need to cancel your photography session, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice before the scheduled time and date. If you provide us with 48 hours notice or more, we will provide you with a credit equal to the amount you paid, which you can use towards a future photography session with Luxe Professional Automotive.


Please note that if you cancel your photography session with less than 48 hours notice, you will not be eligible for a credit or refund. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is due the day before the scheduled photography session. We are scheduled out 2-3 months in advance, so we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
