At Luxe Automotive, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your photography session. Please note that all payments made to Luxe Automotive are non-refundable. However, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will work with you to reschedule your session at a more convenient time.

If you need to cancel your photography session, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice before the scheduled time and date. If you provide us with 48 hours notice or more, we will provide you with a credit equal to the amount you paid, which you can use towards a future photography session with Luxe Vision.

Please note that if you cancel your photography session with less than 48 hours notice, you will not be eligible for a credit or refund. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the balance is due the day before the scheduled photography session. We are scheduled out 2-3 months in advance, so we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
